1General Provisions

bigbd is an online gaming and betting platform for Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between bigbd and its users. Reading this document in full before creating an account or using any service on the platform is mandatory.

• The name, address, and identification details provided at the time of registration must be legally accurate.

• You may not allow third parties to use your account.
• The responsibility for ensuring account security rests entirely with the user.

2.2 Identity Verification

bigbd may at any time request additional documents (national ID, passport, etc.) to verify a user's identity. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3Age Verification and Protection of Minors

bigbd strictly operates for persons aged 21 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Providing false age information at registration is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure.
• If a minor fraudulently opens an account, all funds held in that account will be forfeited.
• We ask parents and guardians to use appropriate parental control software to prevent children from accessing platforms of this nature.

If there is any doubt about age verification, bigbd may at any time request a copy of a government-issued ID, and the account will remain temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

bigbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Bangladesh's leading mobile banking and financial services. All transactions are completed securely via SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made only from an account registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards Policy

bigbd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its members. It is very important to read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement Details

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Certain games may contribute less or nothing toward wagering calculations — this will be stated in the detailed terms of each bonus.
• bigbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members can participate in bigbd's three-tier VIP program:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Members are promoted to higher tiers based on their active gaming activity. Additional benefits and promotions apply at each tier.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Abusing bonus benefits, artificially completing wagering requirements, or claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus and any winnings obtained will be forfeited.

6Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

bigbd believes in fair play. All games are operated through a reliable Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which determines all results in a completely impartial and random manner.

6.1 Gaming Guidelines

• All games must be played in accordance with the rules.
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to play is prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results will result in immediate account termination.
• Wins or credits incorrectly displayed due to technical errors are not valid, and bigbd reserves the right to correct them.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a server or internet connection issue, bigbd will endeavor to provide a fair resolution where applicable. However, bigbd is not responsible for issues caused by internet connectivity problems.

7Security, Fraud Prevention and Anti-Money Laundering Policy

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Making deposits using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Conducting transactions on behalf of third parties.
• Using the platform as a means of money laundering.

7.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy

In the case of large transactions or suspicious activity, bigbd will follow the KYC process to verify the user's identity. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in account suspension.

8Account Suspension, Cancellation and Termination

bigbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel a user's account in the following circumstances:

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

8.2 Self-Exclusion
